Another First for Delaware!
Did you know that Delaware was the first state to ratify the U.S. constitution December 7, 1787? And now another milestone for the “Liberty and Independence” state – an information literacy gubernatorial 2012 proclamation!
Governor Jack A. Markell and Lt. Governor Matthew Denn endorsed a proclamation establishing October as Information Literacy Month.
